Zoltán Martonyi

senior partner

Zoltán previously gained experience in the field of structured financing and capital market transactions in the Budapest and London offices of Linklaters. After that, he continued his career as a leading partner in the banking, financing, and capital markets practice group of the Budapest office of Baker & McKenzie. Zoltán then ran his own law firm, Martonyi Law Firm, and then acted as a global partner of PwC.

Zoltán was a board member of KDB Bank Europe between 2010-2017.

Between 2001-2018, he taught corporate finance at ELTE’s international LL.M program.

Csaba Ember

managing partner

Csaba previously worked as a senior associate in the banking, financing and capital markets group of Baker & McKenzie’s Budapest office. After that, he continued his activities as a founding partner of the law firm Ember ad Szarvas Deloitte Legal, and then headed the banking and financing group of the Budapest office of Gide Loyrette Nouel. Csaba then continued his career as the legal director of the National Public Utilities Ltd. and FőGÁZ Zrt., and then became the leading lawyer of the Asset Division of MET Group.

Between 2005 and 2008, Csaba taught business law as a guest lecturer at the College of Commerce and Hospitality Industry.

Since 2021, he has been an arbitrator of the Energy Section of the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
